During this time of heightened concern due to COVID-19 we want to let you know our plans and the steps we’re taking to ensure you receive uninterrupted service from the Nimbus team. As of Wednesday, March 18 we have asked employees that have recently travelled out of the country to stay at home for the 14 days in order to comply with self-quarantine recommendations.
Outside Team i.e. service and deliveries,
Our service people and delivery people are making every effort to regularly wash their hands and use hand sanitizer and as well, are equipped with latex gloves.
Our inside Team,
In our work environment we are making every effort to comply with hand washing and the social distancing recommendations. As well, we have stepped up our cleaning schedules. We have eliminated non-essential travel, limited visitors to our office, and will keep in-person meetings to virtual forums wherever possible.
Our Product,
For the last 42 year we at Nimbus have been continuously evaluating and modifying our process to utilize all of the latest technologies’s to produce the best water made anywhere and as part of that process we have always been concerned with virus and bacteria control.
As always, each of our Nimbus professionals are set up to work virtually by phone and email and we feel confident that we will be able to work with you, and service will continue uninterrupted.
